Even with the rise of online booking, travel agents are still the go-to for expert advice and exclusive offers. I specialise in creating bespoke holidays tailored just for you, taking care of everything so you can enjoy a stress-free trip. If something unexpected happens, I’m here to help, and I’ll make sure potential issues are handled before they arise. All holidays I offer are ABTA and ATOL protected through my host agency, and I work with leading suppliers to give you the best possible experience.

Yes, all bookings made through me are ABTA and ATOL protected.

Travel With Kat is affiliated with InteleTravel who hold ABTA - P7384.  InteleTravel are appointed agents with our suppliers that hold ATOL.

ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) represents trusted travel companies in the UK and requires members to adhere to a code of conduct.

ATOL (Air Travel Operators Licence) is a mandatory requirement for UK travel companies and protects package holidays that include air travel.

Anything you can think of really! I can book UK breaks, long haul trips, bespoke itineraries, family holidays… you name it! I specialise in luxury, bespoke travel, but I can help you plan any trip - abroad or here in the UK. I can also book extras such as car hire, transfers, excursions and I’m able to offer either flight only or hotel only options too.

No - there are no additional fees for booking through me.  I have access to suppliers who offer competitive rates, so may be able to find you a better deal too!

Planning can be fun - that’s why I set up my business! I can still help you access better rates and share my knowledge on destinations - let me know which hotels you’re interested in and I can check rates with my suppliers, at no extra cost to you. I’m constantly undertaking training on destinations and getting up to date industry knowledge on new openings and offers, which I can share with you!

Depending on the supplier used for your booking, you either pay directly to the supplier (hotel, cruise line, airline, package provider etc) or my host agency - never to me directly.  All major credit cards are accepted.

If you are booking in advance, you can usually pay a deposit at the time of booking and then pay the remaining balance around 12 weeks before departure (please note, this depends on supplier and I can advise payment timings before booking). For remaining balances, you can either pay in full or instalment by the due date.  For group bookings, I can accept payments individually.

If you have points to use, I recommend booking flights directly with the airline and then booking your accommodation and other elements (transfers, hire cars, excursions etc) through me.  This enables you to use your points against your airfare but still benefit from hotel perks like free upgrades and preferential rates!
